Chahwan IT Solutions ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a check, buy urgent help, sign up for a plan or use the client area, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, business, phone, email and a description of what you need. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, provide and invoice our services, look after your account and, if you are a client, keep you informed about tickets and renewals. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our email, hosting, payment and accounting providers, and only for that purpose.

Keeping it safe

We keep information in systems protected by multi-factor sign-in and limit access to the people who need it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@chahwan.com or calling (02) 8279 2714.

Contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
