Doesn't Microsoft back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running and keeps deleted items for a limited time, but that is not a backup you control. A separate backup protects you from accidental deletion, departing staff and ransomware.
How quickly can you restore?
A single file or mailbox, usually the same day. A whole computer or server depends on its size; we agree what matters most with you up front.
How long are backups kept?
You choose. Most businesses keep at least a year; some industries need longer.
