Can you tell what was accessed?
Often, yes. How far back we can see depends on your Microsoft 365 licences and logging, so the sooner we look the better.
Do we need to report it?
If personal information was involved you may need to notify under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We gather the facts for that decision; get legal advice on the obligation itself.
